Privacy Notice (KVKK)
This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform visitors of our website and people who fill in our quote form. The Turkish version is the binding text.

2. What personal data do we process?
- Identity and contact details: full name, company name, email address, phone number
- Request details: display type, quantity, required date, product information, requested extra services and the design summary you prepared in the 3D Design Studio
We do not use any tracking, advertising or analytics tools on our website.
3. Why do we process it?
- To prepare a quote for your request
- To contact you about your request
- To carry out design, sampling and production if the quote is accepted
- To fulfil our legal obligations
4. How we collect it and legal basis
Your data is collected electronically when you fill in the quote form on our website, and processed on the following grounds under Article 5(2) of KVKK:
- (c): it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (preparing a quote)
- (ç): it is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations
- (f): our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (contacting you about your request)
5. Who do we share it with?
Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It may only be shared with:
- Our hosting provider, where our website and email service are hosted (for technical service only)
- Authorised public authorities, where legally required
The font used on our site (Google Fonts) and the drawing library in the 3D Design Studio (cdnjs) are loaded from these services' servers. When this happens your browser's IP address is technically sent to these providers, whose servers may be located outside Turkey. When you click links to WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube or Google Maps, the privacy rules of that platform apply.
6. Retention
Quote requests are kept for 2 years after the request is concluded; if the quote becomes an order, data is kept for the periods required by law. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of KVKK
- Request that third parties to whom the data was transferred are notified of such correction, deletion or destruction
- Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
8. How to apply
Send your request with information verifying your identity to info@kartonstand.net or in writing to our address above. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest; if the process requires an additional cost, the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
