1. Size and shelves

Bigger stands with more shelves mean more board and more print area. Sizing the stand correctly for your product and store space protects your budget.

2. Board type

Light products need thinner corrugated board; heavy products need double-wall board. The right choice sets both strength and cost.

3. Print method and quantity

UV printing is more economical for small runs, offset for large runs. Offset setup costs are spread across the run, so unit price drops sharply with volume.

4. Extras
